This imposed legal obligations on operators of equipment that contain FGases (refrigerants such as HFC & HCFC) this new legal requirement places the need for personnel working in the air conditioning & refrigeration industry to prove competence and satisfy a knowledge and understanding level that will enable them to achieve certification and comply with the new F-Gas regulations.
